Now this is the craft project for me. As I am the owner of a brown thumb this little "garden" can stay with me for a long while. Thanks for the inspiration. Right now I am planning to make two of these as I have matching frames that I have been looking for a purpose.

I love succulents and I have attempted to keep them on more than one occasion. I am considering purchasing the book recommend by the blogger, DIY Succulents. However, for now this project will allow me to enjoy succulents until I can beef up my gardening skills.

Wow, this is so striking! I love the idea of painting a thrift store or dollar store frame a bright pretty color like this. And you just can't go wrong with succulents!
