Looking at this quilling tutorial, it does not seem very beginner friendly. If you're new to quilling, you'd have to acquaint yourself with the basic skills first. This card look pretty intimidating but it's very intricately detailed and easy once you start.

I am not very good at quilling, athough I love it and this is really pretty. Would it be too hard to make it from a shiny paper? I am thinking silver or gold, but I don't want to buy paper and get started then find out it's not a good choice.
