This is a very pretty and unique project. I live in an area that is loaded with pine trees so I have free supplies year around. This won't cost me a thing. The biggest problem is going to be what to make them into. I think a small wreath for the back door or candle holders!

What a cute craft, and it seems very easy. I love shilohdana's idea about making a wreath out of these. You could do it one of several ways. I can see using a cardboard circle and hot gluing several of these flowers onto the cardboard, or you could make one giant flower out of the pine cone pieces. Either way, or the kissing ball would look neat. What a fun idea!

This is a very cute craft that could be easily adapted for use on a wreath, or as an embellishment for a gift. It could also be made into a Christmas tree ornament. You could make a bunch of them and attach them to a Styrofoam ball for a sweet "kissing ball" ornament. Just attach some ribbon or twine to the Styrofoam ball and it is ready to hang. The tutorial for this is good, with easy to follow instructions and photos!
