What a cute stuffed bunny toy to make for a lucky little one! You could make these out of any color and use any color scarf. I would likely just embroider the eyes instead of using what the tutorial recommends. The instructions are easy to follow and you really could make a bunch of these cuties and give them to all of your little ones on your list. I am sure any child would be thrilled to receive a cuddly bunny.
