I guess I have never tried to unroll a cotton ball, but why not? This is a rather unique method of making a snowman, but it looks great in her pictures. The top hat is snazzy, too, and the candy cane and the rest make it look so cute! I have to do it.

I am always a bit skeptical about Dollar Store crafts, since they can be hit or miss, but this one is definitely a hit! This is not a complicated craft and achievable by most people and for sure it is in the bargain category as far as cost goes. The tutorial is detailed enough and uses photos to help illustrate all the steps. I could see using the snowman as a centerpiece for a winter themed dinner. One could coordinate the embellishment colors to match other dcor. Very cute and simple!
