Instructions
-
Print out the pdf of the drawing in the attachment and trace over it onto watercolour paper. You can use the Vaessen Creative lightpad to help you with this.
-
Fill your brush pen with water and start with the lightest watercolour paints. Allow the brush to absorb the colour from the watercolour palette. Use sweeping motions.
-
To get the colour on your brush to run nicely, press the brush flat onto the paper so that the water makes the colour lighter. Apply the paint in layers.
-
Cut out the watercolour paper and stick it onto a sheet of cardstock cut to A5 size. Cut a piece of black cardstock to 20cm x 3.6cm and use the tag punch to punch on 2 sides.
-
Write a nice quote on a leftover piece of watercolour paper using the Fudensuke pen. Stick this onto the tag you made and attach it to the card using baker’s twine.
