DIY Hearts Cami

Materials:

Tulip Fashion Glitter in Purple Jewel, Silver Fine Jewel
Tulip Fabric Spray Paint in Neon Pink
Tulip Soft Fabric Paint in Crimson Red adn Glacier White
Tulip Fashion Glitter Bond
Craft knife
Foil
Plastic tablecloth
Contact paper
Permanent marker
Cardboard
Paper towels
Wedge makeup sponge
Tank top – white
Small paintbrush

Instructions:

Wash and dry tank top to remove sizing. Do not use fabric softener.
Cover work surface with plastic tablecloth. Lay tank top on prepared surface and insert cardboard between layers of tank top.
Spray Neon Pink Fabric Spray Paint over entire tank top, leaving little to no white showing through. Let dry. Flip tank top over and repeat on backside.
Use a permanent marker to draw one large heart, one medium heart and one small heart onto contact paper.
Cut out hearts with craft knife, leaving outside edges intact to create stencils.
Referring to photo for placement, peel backing from stencils and place on tank top.
Squeeze puddles of Glacier White and Crimson Red onto foil. Dab flat end of makeup sponge into paint and dab into opening of large heart. Let dry.
Using a small paintbrush, paint zebra stripes around edge of large heart as shown with Crimson Red. Let dry and remove stencil.
Squeeze Glitter Bond onto a clean piece of foil. Using a clean sponge, dab Glitter Bond into medium heart stencil then immediately sprinkle Purple glitter onto adhesive. Press with finger to set. Let dry then remove stencil and place on another part of tank top as shown. Repeat glittering process.
Repeat step for small hearts using Silver glitter.
Shake off extra glitter and let dry completely.
