Scrapbook paper that was only printed on one side was used to make the quilled circles and the white side of the paper gives the edge the soft look. Because there are many rolled paper circles, these hearts become a heavy quality once finished and can be used for Valentine's Day decorating and would make a nice gift for Mother's Day, too."
