Easy Love Bug Valentines
"Make the cutest Easy Love Bug Valentines with your little love bugs! This Valentine's Day craft is perfect for home, or the classroom, and can be made with things you most likely already have, like colored card stock, a heart paper punch, and a simple black marker! Kids can add their own personal touches to the bugs with googly eyes, crafting felt, sequins, and stickers! You can even use pipe cleaners to add 3D legs!"
Materials List
- Pink, purple, and white card stock
- Googly eyes
- Black marker
- Heart paper punch
- Scissors
- Glue stick
Instructions

After gathering supplies, invite kids to punch 3 hearts from different colored card stock.

We used purple and pink, but of course kids can choose any color they wish.

After the hearts are punched out, invite kids to cut out 1 small circle. They can also fold 1 single sheet of card stock to make their card.

If you don’t have time to create your own Valentine’s you can use these Free Printable Valentine’s Day Cards!

Glue the hearts and circles onto the card. Invite kids to draw legs, a mouth, and antennae to the love bug.
