This wreath is too cool not to make. Easter is coming up and I can get some cardboard and t-shirts from Goodwill to make this. I'm thinking light pink and green are primary Easter colours for this wreath.

Red has never been one of my favorite colors so I do not have any t-shirts to up-cycle to make this beautiful heart wreath. Typically because t-shirts are made of knit, I suppose I will have to buy a yard to red knit fabric to make this Valentines wreath. I know it will be worth it.

What a spiffy idea. I have a few old tee shirts that I hold on for cleaning rags around the house and I get a lot of use from them that way but this would be a piece of art that all would enjoy. I do not think I have a red one but I will be looking for one to make this Valentines wreath. Love this.

Oh my word, what a great idea. This technique could be used for several different kinds of wreaths. I love that it promotes recycling. It also could be used to make the ribbons for Breast Cancer awareness for example. By using the cardboard shape an Easter bunny or basket could be done too. This is an exciting idea which bring other holidays and shapes to my mind. I've always got cardboard on hand and a t-shirt or two that is stained or outgrown. What else could be done?
