For those of us with a little left over fabric from previous projects, this is a great way to use some of it. I like the concept and I would have never thought of it. The project is simple enough and it would not take long for you to create a special valentine for all of your loved ones.

What a novel idea. I tinker around a little bit with sewing but I know I can do this. What a special way to up-grade a standard card as well. On the down low, I will probably hot glue my ruffles.
