This is an idea that I am going to use this year to get some of my ugly plastic garden pots made over! The tutorial calls for using a terra cotta pot, but there is really no reason to think it won't work on plastic. I just bought some Mod Podge that is water proof too! I already have the perfect paper to use! Great idea to fix those ugly pots before Spring comes and I want to plant some pretty flowers.
