This is a great idea, and greatly needed in my house. I currently have all of my ribbon in different bins and not secured properly. Needless to say, it is a mess. This will not only keep it organized, it will keep it from being damaged. Now to find some shoe boxes. Maybe I will use the plastic type. they might last longer.

What an excellent way to store ribbons! I'm going to find a clear storage box, because I do want to see at a glance how much ribbon I have left for any given project.
