It is so much fun to doodle with your sewing machine, especially when you have a pretty pillow to make. The Butterfly Doodle Pillow is an easy craft, that will keep you entertained all night. Using a printed butterfly, trace your image onto a piece of fabric. When your picture is transferred, start up your sewing machine and get to work on your pillow. It's a wonderful throw pillow to have around the house this spring.

I could never do that with a sewing machine, but I bet I could hand embroider it! I love the black and white embroidery anyway, so this would be just right. If I can find the right picture, I can enlarge it with my photo editing program. Forget the kids (grandkids, more like it) I'm keeping this one for myself.
