Materials:

• Tulip Fashion Glitter in silver fine jewel and turquoise
   
• Tulip Dimensional Fabric Paint in silver
   
• Tulip Cordless Heat Setting Tool
   
• Tulip Glam-It-Up! Iron-On Crystals in Clear
   
• Iron
   
• Black T-shirt 100% cotton
   
• Round paintbrush
   
• Freezer paper

Instructions:

1. Iron freezer paper to inside front of T-shirt to create stable painting surface and prevent paint seepage to back of shirt.
    
2. Apply Glitter Bond with paintbrush and paint abstract firework design on T-shirt.  Apply desired glitter color and let dry. Shake off excess glitter
    
3. Repeat as desired, using a different glitter color for each firework. Let dry.
    
4. Apply Tulip 3D Glitter paint to design as desired. Let dry.
    
5. Use Tulip Heat-Setting Tool to embellish fireworks design with crystals as desired.
