Do you want to decorate some tables but are on a budget then this Dazzling Topiary is for you. Just uses a styrofoam ball,a dowel and some ornaments. So super easy. I would paint the ball myself first and then add the ornaments or even add some emlellishments for the occasion using for. Let's see some pictures.
