This craft isn't new to me so I'm pretty excited about making these. I have everything I need and I'm surprised I don't need glue this time, just syrup instead. I bet it's less messy so it's easier for kids if they don't lick all the syrup. You can leave these eggs all through spring and summer as decorative pieces.

With the grand kids coming tomorrow to color eggs for Easter, I will be having them doing these as well. They look so nice and easy to do even for the 4 year old. I appreciate the sugar water in place of liquid starch. So much more kid friendly. Thank you for the free tutorial.

I have seen this done before, but it never seemed easier. This is a great tutorial.
