If you click on the link that says Click here for the full project, (right above the bar with Pinterest, Facebook, etc., on it) it gives you the instructions to make each one. I agree, they are "wow!" material! It looks like it would be fun to try to make them.

https//www.pinterest.com/pin/166562886193487853/ why not just use the bottle brushes already made up? Just have to be careful you get the ones that die. Meaning I tried some and they would not loose their green color, finally got a bag full at Michael's and accomplished the job, you just dip them, let them sit and get dark, lots of way. I also did them in an egg plant color. It was fun and very satisfying.
