My youngest niece has a spring birthday and her Mom is always trying to outdo the last birthday. On her next birthday, she will be turning nine and I think this would be a great opportunity to teach the little ones about gardening and the importance of taking care of the earth. I think the kids will enjoy this weeks after the birthday has past.

Who does not like to leave a party with favors. I like this idea and for those that may not have a green thumb or any gardening experience, it may be an excellent idea to include instructions.

I wasn't expecting that. I thought I was going to see a cute egg carton, filled with traditional party favors, and seeds. I love these. We usually make origami pots to start seedings/seeds in. These are much better. And it we do them with our Scout group, easy transport home in the carton.
