I promised myself I would make gift bags this year and even saved a pattern, but I haven't started... her post reads like an enjoyable story and it has certainly inspired me to make a gift bag like this. Suitable fabric remnants shouldn't be hard to find since they don't actually have to have Santas on them.

My husband came up with this idea for our families several years ago. I h ave seven brothers and sisters and he has four. Obviously, we had a lot of gift giving to do at Christmas. He helped me cut several large size sacks in different matching colors for each family. We packed each with their respective presents and had easy trips transporting packages from the car!!!
