DIY Decorative Christmas Matchboxes
From the Blogger: "Warning - this craft project is highly addictive. ;) My simple DIY Decorative Matchboxes make a wonderful hostess gift when combined with some pretty candles or when used as sweet little favors at a holiday party. This is a frugal craft project that adds a special touch to your Christmas decor - all for pennies! Even better - it gives you something to do with all of those leftover holiday cards. I just love a good repurposed item don't you?"

Such a cute idea! I have a few match boxes on hand already and some old cards, too, so I'm all set. At first I was thinking I could give them to someone, but on second thought, I am going to keep them for myself! I burn candles a lot more during the holidays and having these around will be a little something special. Thanks for posting it!

If you thought you couldn't upcycled old Christmas cards or maybe you just like to save cute cards this project is so amazing. It won't take up so much of your time because the holidays can make you a little busy. You can throw these into a gift basket for friends and neighbors.
