My daughter is all about coconut right now. This cake would make the perfect centerpiece for her 18th birthday party. It is pretty enough for a girl and something a little more sophisticated than princesses. I think she would love this cake. We could add the cupcakes I seen with fun candles to compliment it, and one of the garland options I seen in earlier posts.
