Materials List

- Sharpie
- Pencil
- Craft Glue
- Scissors
Instructions
-
Select a light colored paper (we used cream) for the front part, pink for the blush, orange or white for the feet; white for the eyes; and 2 different shades of brown papers for the body base and the wings. Trace and cut out the patterns nicely.
-
Attach the front part on the body base cutout.
-
Attach the 2 feet cutouts on the bottom side of the body base pattern, keeping the feet facing outwards. Attach the eyes near the top side of the front part and then attach the blush cutouts on both cheeks, below the eyes.
-
Attach the beak cutouts between the eyes.
-
Take a wing cutout and apply glue along its outer side; place the glued side aligned with the body base outline. The wing should be attached to the body base along the side only and the rest of it should be free from glue.
-
Similarly, attach the other wing.
-
Trace and cut out a heart-shaped piece from a colored paper of your choice. Slide the heart cutout under the wings of the papercraft owl to complete the craft.
