Illuminated Neon Skull Decor

"Who says that Halloween decorations have to be orange or black? I've made a really cool Halloween decor that is neon pink. Printing off a wonderful vintage skull drawing I have framed it and then illuminated the skull with el wire. This is a really easy and fun holiday craft to make and very affordable. El wire is not expensive and does come in colours other than pink so you could make your illuminated Halloween skull in more traditional colors if you prefer."
