Embellish A Cute Black Cat Costume
"You can quickly embellish a cute black cat costume. This could be a Halloween costume or simply a costume for your children to play dress-up. The store bought child's dress was quite plain with only the pink bow and white details on the face. I used pink fabric paint to color the inner ears, eyes, and mouth. Then I adhered Black Diamond Dew Drops in the eyes. They were just perfect to bring the cat's eyes to life. Finally, create the cat's tail by attaching a piece of black feather boa to the back of the dress. Then attach lots of cute ribbons and trims to jazz up the front of the skirt. "
