Fall Hydrangea Pumpkin Wreath

"To be honest I have made and remade this fall wreath that has hung on my front door for probably 15 years now! Yep you can call me the fall recycle wreath queen! I have loved this outdoor fall wreath so much. Each year I get it out and I add a little something new or take something off to make it feel fresh and new.
I began making my new fall hydrangea wreath with pumpkins by using this old wreath that had a fall garland wrapped around on it. This fall garland has multi colored fall leaves, faux pumpkins, reddish colored berries and some skinny little branches."
