Ah, that's how they're made! I remember making pinwheels like this when I was a kid but I couldn't remember how to attach the pinwheel to the pencil. I did remember using a pencil, though! So I am going to have to make a few for the 4th of July. Is there a way to make them so they would be safe for kids to play with?
