At Christmas I always make strawberry Santas but I have never seen the little strawberry ghosts before they are very cute and a really clever way to get some fruit in to the kids as well. I will have to pass this on to my brother as my nephew is really bad at eating good stuff!

What a festive way to do little ghosts using strawberries. There is not a whole lot that you can do with the shape of the fruit, but making little ghosts is the perfect idea for plump strawberries, especially when they are covered with white chocolate. I mean, who can resist a delicious treat like these little goodies!
