  • Sewing machine
  • 8” pink pearl trim
  • 24” ornamental lace

  • Black marker
  • Sewing pins
  • Iron
  • Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Fold your fabric so that the right sides face each other.

  2. Draw or trace a stocking onto the back of your fabric. Leave 4-5” more on top of stocking.

  3. Start cutting at ½” away from the line you drew.

  4. Pin fabric together.

  5. Sew a straight stitch on the marker line.

  6. Turn stocking right side out.

  7. Use pin to help you get the curves out.

  8. Fold the 4-5” that you left at the top of stocking in.

  9. Cut a 3" x 8” strip of satin fabric.

  10. Iron 1” in on each side of strip, then fold in half and iron.

  11. Iron stocking to make it lie flat.

  12. Fold fabric strip in half to form a loop. Pin to inside, back of stocking.

  13. Stitch a top stitch 1/8” away from edge of stocking (sew through top and bottom).

  14. Cut strips of lace the same size as the width of your stocking.

  15. Use fabric glue to adhere to the front of your stocking.

  16. Glue pink pearl trim to very top of stocking.
